Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not required to purchase or receive services.”
The customer must affirmatively agree before SMS messaging is activated. The customer’s SMS consent status is recorded in the customer record. If the customer declines, SMS messaging will not be activated.
Space City Sanitizers does not enroll customers in this SMS program through a website opt-in form, QR code, purchased list, or SMS keyword.
What we send. Messages may include appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, technician or service updates, completion notifications, and other informational messages directly related to services you requested or booked with Space City Sanitizers. Messages may also contain secure links related to your requested or scheduled service, such as scheduling information, service details, payment information, forms, or other service-related resources.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interactions with Space City Sanitizers.

No data sharing. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
