Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at spacecitysanitizers.com (the “Site”) and any cleaning, sanitizing, trash chute, trash can cleaning, bio-trauma, crime scene, hoarding, eviction cleanup, or anti-microbial/antiviral fogging services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Space City Sanitizers, LLC (“Space City Sanitizers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, booking a service, submitting a form on the Site, or otherwise using the Services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

Description Of Services

Space City Sanitizers provides commercial and residential cleaning and sanitization services, including but not limited to trash chute cleaning, repair, and installation; trash can cleaning; bio-trauma and crime scene cleanup; hoarding cleanup; post-eviction cleanup; and anti-microbial/antiviral fogging. Specific service scope, pricing, and availability are described on the relevant service pages of the Site and/or in your service quote or agreement, and may vary by property, condition, and location.

Quotes, Bookings, and Scheduling

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, by chat, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to change upon on-site inspection.
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window, but weather, traffic, and prior job overruns may cause delays.
You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and any relevant areas (including trash chutes, bins, or affected rooms) at the scheduled appointment time. If our technician cannot access the property or complete the service due to circumstances outside our control, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for Services is provided at the time of quote or booking and may vary based on square footage, property type, service frequency, and add-on services.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Wisetack, depending on the payment method you select. Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Payment is due at the time specified in your quote, invoice, or service agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Subscriptions, Billing Intervals, & Cancellation

Certain Services (such as recurring trash can cleaning) are offered on a subscription basis with the following terms:

Billing intervals: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual, as selected at sign-up.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless One-Time Service is selected or you cancel in accordance with this section.
Minimum service commitment: A minimum number of appointments applies based on the plan frequency selected at sign-up (for example, a minimum of 3 appointments for Monthly plans, or 2 appointments for Quarterly and Semi-Annual plans). Minimums are disclosed on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.
Early cancellation: Canceling a subscription before the applicable minimum service commitment is fulfilled may result in an early cancellation fee equal to the cost of a One-Time Cleaning for that service.
How to cancel: You may cancel or modify a subscription by contacting us at 713-715-7007 or Contact Us. Cancellations take effect for the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a completed service does not meet the standard described on the applicable service page (for example, a trash can cleaning that is not clean and odor-free), contact us within a reasonable time after service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge, subject to the terms of the applicable guarantee for that service.

Exclusions & Limitations of Service

We do not remove or dispose of tires, large furniture, electronics, chemicals, paint, batteries, or hazardous/biological waste as part of standard trash can or chute cleaning services unless explicitly included in a bio-trauma, crime scene, or hazardous-material service agreement.
Bio-trauma, crime scene, and hoarding cleanup services are subject to additional safety, regulatory, and disposal requirements, which will be disclosed to you prior to service where applicable.
Emergency services (including 24-hour bio-trauma response and the Chute Company emergency line) may carry different pricing, response-time expectations, and terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of request.

Customer Responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking a service, to disclose any known hazards or hazardous materials at the property, and to ensure safe access for our technicians. You are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to a scheduled appointment.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, Space City Sanitizers may send you appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Third-Party Services

The Site may use third-party tools, including Jotform (for forms and AI agents), Google Analytics (for site analytics), and Stripe, Apple, and Wisetack (for payment processing). Your interactions with these tools are governed by the respective third party’s own terms and privacy policies in addition to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Space City Sanitizers, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Space City Sanitizers, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
