We recommend having your cans cleaned once a month at the minimum. We do however offer more frequent services if you require it as well as on-demand services. The cleaner the better!

We come on trash day, shortly after your trash guy empties your bins. Just leave your bins out by the street and let us handle the rest. In some situations we will come the following day. This just depends on the city schedule. Either way, we will let you know in advance.

After an antimicrobial fogging sanitization treatment, the disinfected space will be ready for occupancy in as little as 15 minutes. The application of the fog will have killed all viruses and bacteria by that time.
We're available within the same day if that is what you require. For non-emergency customers, we also offer to set up one time appointments or recurring treatments.

Always fog after a space has been used for a gathering of the public. Private space scheduling needs to consider volume of use; classrooms, for example, require monthly treatment. Any space should be treated after an ill person has occupied it.

Yes, we have special machines that can circulate and sanitize large volumes of air for special needs cases. These capabilities allow us to extend our services beyond antimicrobial fogging a space and into deep treatment which can also fully eliminate odor in addition to killing viruses and bacteria.

Use it for virtually any surface that people touch regularly. Doors, countertops, buttons, switches, handles, railings, you name it! Some surfaces naturally may not offer supreme adhesion, such as sand.

We are OSHA and EPA certified to remedy the situation safely. We use specialized equipment to replace any atmospheric odor. Your space will return to normalcy.

In addition to biohazardous cleanup, we can clean severe hoarder messes and rectify any associated damages. We are equipped to work safely where the presence of rodent-transmitted viruses (such as the hauntavirus) are a concern.
First, our Red Team fully removes any contamination and takes care of the disposal. Next, the location is deep-cleaned and sanitized. During this process, our specialized air sanitizing machines are used to decontaminate and filter the air in the room. The location is left clean, sanitary and refreshed.
Our role is to remove contaminated materials and present a safe working area for the repair to take place. After sanitizing, the Space City Sanitizers BioTrauma team can reconstruct the location to look the same or even better than before.
We do not handle radioactive or hazardous materials and chemicals that pose a risk to our personnel (such as, but not limited to, acids, mercury, or gas) and recommend that you contact a company specializing in hazardous material and/or radioactive contamination removal.

Space City Sanitizers Trash Valet services targets both vacation rental/AirBnB and the residential apartment markets. There are other uses (some very creative) for Trash Valet service but these are the most common two markets that we serve.
In the case of a vacation rental Our AirBnB Trash Valet Service professionals show up on time, the day of your trash service, to bring your trash cans to the curb. Vacation rental guests do not appreciate being asked to take their trash out, and it can accumulate quickly.
Apartment and condo residents enrolled in the AirBnB Trash Valet will be scheduled with the other residents on their floor for a weekly or bi-weekly trash pickup service. We will dispose of the trash left outside your door so you don't have to.
We will only dispose of your normally allocated amount of trash with an authorized service you have already established. You'll keep your previous trash provider, and we'll take the can to the curb on their schedule. Heavy trash days will incur a handling fee.
Yes we can – it is your responsibility to ensure that our staff can access the trash cans on schedule and according to the policy of the community.

These bugs can fly all the way from the compactor room, through the gaps in your building, into the elevator to greet your tenants, in only minutes. It's assumed that all remaining valuables have been removed from the location prior to the SCS BioTrauma Solutions team arriving on site. An appropriate sized trash removal unit will be obtained to transport the removed materials from the site to a proper disposal site.
We're fully capable of rebuilding the location exactly to your specifications. This is commonly asked of us in preparation for a sale or to turn over a dwelling to a new tenant.
We'll first work with the appropriate organizations and authorities to take care of the animals on site. Pet waste is then delt with per standard procedure, and the site is returned to normal standards.
