We come on trash day, shortly after your trash guy empties your bins. Just leave your bins out by the street and let us handle the rest. In some situations we will come the following day. This just depends on the city schedule. Either way, we will let you know in advance.

We have had clients in the past reach out to their HOA and get approval to have your bins out on the day of service. If this is not possible, please coordinate a resolution with our team by reaching out to us via phone, email, text or live chat.
All clients are billed on the 28th of the month before their service. For example, if your service is scheduled in November, you will be billed for that service on October 28th.
You will receive an email confirming your job has been completed. Please leave your bins out until you receive that email. ALL clients that bring there bins in before service will be skipped and considered non-refundable.
Depending on traffic on the day of your service our drivers can arrive between 8 am – 8 pm, we ask that you verify that you have received a confirmation email prior to pulling your bins in.
Please ensure your cans are empty prior to your cleaning appointment. We will collect the garbage, but a $15 emptying fee per large bag of trash will be charged to your account.
This is a service that we offer as an add-on for existing customers that are on another recurring service plan, such as Trash Can Cleaning, BnB Trash Valet ™ service, Chute Cleaning & Space Foam ™, etc.

In addition to biohazardous cleanup, we can clean severe hoarder messes and rectify any associated damages. We are equipped to work safely where the presence of rodent-transmitted viruses (such as the hauntavirus) are a concern.
First, our BioTrauma Solutions team fully removes any contamination and takes care of the disposal. Next, the location is deep-cleaned and sanitized. During this process, our specialized air sanitizing machines are used to decontaminate and filter the air in the room. The location is left clean, sanitary and refreshed.

We provide professional property, furniture, junk & garbage removal services. We can help with a simple eviction, or a full-on hoard. Hoarding messes can be logistically and emotionally challenging to clean-up, and often pose risks associated with dust and disease. Let us take care of the dirty work.
We will not perform the eviction itself; when the jobsite is safe, we will commence removal of all specified items. Please have all individuals removed from the location prior.
Yes, there exists a greater risk of contracting hantavirus from improperly disposed of garbage and junk, as rodents can sneak in and nest within these locations and breed out. It's also possible to contract lung ailments and blood pathogens from handling trash material, including tetanis.
It's assumed that all remaining valuables have been removed from the location prior to the SCS BioTrauma Solutions team arriving on site. An appropriate sized trash removal unit will be obtained to transport the removed materials from the site to a proper disposal site.
We're fully capable of rebuilding the location exactly to your specifications. This is commonly asked of us in preparation for a sale or to turn over a dwelling to a new tenant. We also see barns and storage units with a family of raccoons living inside. If you find them, give us a call.

BnB Trash™ Services targets both vacation rental/BnB and the residential apartment markets. There are other uses (some very creative) for BnB Trash™ Service but these are the most common two markets that we serve.
In the case of a vacation rental Our BnB Trash™ Service professionals show up on time, the day of your trash service, to bring your trash cans to the curb. Vacation rental guests do not appreciate being asked to take their trash out, and it can accumulate quickly.

We've had reports from our sales team that there are large companies that manage waste out there trying to talk their residential clients out of using a trash compactor in favor of a rotation of dumpsters. This is one of the oldest tricks in the book – waste removal companies are in the business of removing waste; the more they take with them, the more they can bill for. This is inadvisable for any building with a working compactor, and only works for low volume complexes.
Lack of a compactor means more physical space is used to store the trash. Residential management and maintenance teams already have a lot of spinning plates and eliminating the compactor means now someone has to manage the dumpster rotation. Full dumpsters that remain under an active chute discharge will pile over and eventually wind up clogging the chute. Not only will this create a mess and attract rodents, this will dirty the chute and possibly cause excessive load on the chute support structure.
